Misty provides in-person primary mental health care designed to support individuals throughout the community.  She specializes in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy and is dedicated to helping clients identify practical solutions that reduce distress and restore the balance essential for long-term resilience and well-being.

 

Misty has expertise in crisis intervention and is an active volunteer member of the Sierra Tahoe Regional CISM team, supporting surrounding communities impacted by critical incidents and traumatic events.
