Misty provides a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals across the broader community.  She specializes in trauma-informed care and EMDR therapy and is dedicated to helping clients identify practical solutions that reduce distress and restore the balance essential for long-term resilience and well-being.

 

Misty has expertise in crisis intervention and is an active volunteer member of the Sierra Tahoe CISM team, supporting first responders and surrounding communities impacted by critical incidents and traumatic events.
