Thank you for taking the time to discover more about me. With a diverse background spanning two distinct careers and nearly three decades of dedicated experience, I bring a unique fusion of skills and insights to my practice. Holding dual licensure as both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC) I am deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of mental health and addiction recovery.
My journey in the field of therapy has been marked by a steadfast dedication to honing my skills and expanding my toolkit. In addition to my dual licensure, I have pursued advanced training and certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy through the EMDR International Association. This specialized methodology empowers me to offer holistic care to those contending with trauma and its aftermath, facilitating profound healing.
Before transitioning into the realm of therapy, I spent over two decades serving as a veteran health educator. This invaluable experience equipped me with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between physical, emotional, and social well-being. It was during this time that I cultivated a passion for fostering meaningful connections and empowering individuals to take charge of their health and happiness.
Today, as a therapist, I am privileged to continue this legacy of service by guiding my clients along their paths to healing and wholeness. Whether you're grappling with the complexities of addiction, navigating the aftermath of trauma, or seeking support in strengthening your relationships, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
When I'm not in the therapy room helping individuals navigate their journeys to healing and growth, you can often find me immersed in the outdoors, discovering my limits at CrossFit, or cherishing moments with my beloved family, friends, and three furry companions.

My ideal clients are those with high-stress and high-risk careers such as healthcare professionals, first responders, lawyers, educators, and more. As an EMDRIA-certified clinician, I possess the expertise to assist you in overcoming the challenges and stresses hindering your desired outcomes, whether in the workplace, relationships, or personal growth.

Thank you for considering me as a partner in your journey toward growth and transformation. I look forward to the opportunity to support you in reclaiming your life and embracing a brighter, more hopeful future.
